Blogger supports Chinese Title??

i just figure out why my title's hyperlink to "Post Page", which give each of your posts their own unique web page, sometimes doesn't work. As I click the hyperlink, all i can see is a blank page. That's because my "Chinese" title", which is the html filename of post page, and it seems Blogger URL supporting Asian characters is not stable(normally it uses blog-post.html as filename if title includes Asian characters). Hay man, that's not cool. Yo!
